Generally, Prohibited Content includes (without limitation) any of the following:
Content we believe is abusive, deceptive (including content sent from an anonymous or false address), pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

You Control Who Sees Your Events
MyFlowerPlanner is designed to provide a private, secure place for you to manage and store your events. Only you and the friends and family members that you choose to invite have access to your events.
MyFlowerPlanners cancellation policy is no cancelations will be accepted within 10 business days of scheduled delivery date.
To cancel an order, you will need to call us at 1-855-272-5801.
Changes to an order
If you would like to change your flower order, please contact us a minimum of 7 days prior to scheduled delivery date. We might not be able to make changes to an order without sufficient notice.
Complaints & Claims
If you are not satisfied with your flower shipment, please call MyFlowerPlanner IMMEDIATELY after opening your boxes at 1-855-272-5801 AND email us to email@example.com. All complaints must be communicated verbally and accompanied with digital pictures indicating all the flowers within 24 hours of receipt of the product or your claim will not be accepted and no refund will be granted. In order to process your claim, we will request digital pictures and/or return of all product (for quality inspection). We do not guarantee color tone matches. Flowers are a natural product and vary in color from season to season.
It is the customer's responsibility to properly care for flowers. MyFlowerPlanner is not liable for products mishandled by clients.
MyFlowerPlanner recommends to our customer, or a representative, to be present for delivery. A signature may or may not be required at the time of delivery. MyFlowerPlanner is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, damage to products as a result of prolonged travel times caused by the customer not being present or FedEx delays, or acts of God.
MyFlowerPlanner offers FREE Shipping on all flower orders that meet the minimum order amount of $50.00 within its standard delivery area.
With the help of FedEx, you may track the progress of your MyFlowerPlanner flowers. You will receive a e-mail containing a unique tracking number once your flowers have been shipped. You can find tracking status updates in MY ACCOUNT. We email you timely tracking updates. MyFlowerPlanner is not responsible for packages that are received before or after the specified delivery date, are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of carriers. However, if you have questions or concerns about your order, we would be happy to assist you. Please contact us at our toll free number, Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm EST. You agree and acknowledge that MyFlowerPlanner, in its sole discretion, may terminate your MyFlowerPlanner membership or use of the Services, and remove and discard any content including, but not limited to, any and all event information, recipes, postings, image files or any other content within the Service, at any time, without notice, for any reason.
